Please follow this process IN THIS ORDER:

  1. First do a search in kajabi contacts using the new members email address.
  2. Enter the new members details in either "Join Preferred Member" or "Join Ambassador"
  3. If your kajabi search came back with "NO RESULTS TO SHOW", then enter their email address in the third box "If Member is Brand New"
  4. If you have a member who chooses to become an Ambassador, use the 4th box "Change from Preferred Member to Ambassador"

If Member is Brand New to our KajabiĀ enter email address & Submit

BEFORE ENTERING THEM HEREĀ Make sure you have searched the Kajabi Database for the Members email address first and it has come back with NO RESULTS TO SHOW.

This is to prevent them from receiving the HEFC Newsletter.

Change from Preferred Member to Ambassador

This will remove the Preferred Member Tag and add the Ambassador Tag instead
